Warranty Program
We are the origin production factory of dice,carefully craft our dice from a variety of quality materials to suit all purposes and budgets! We offer acrylic, silicone, resin, metal, glass, stone, and bone dice!
We can make arrangements as long as you have the rights to use the font or design for the dice, meaning that we cannot do your favorite brand or superhero.We will not be able to do custom fonts for based dice unless you have a minimum of 20000 units ordered. We recommend using the Acrylic square for custom dice because they are carved and can be made a fewer quantities. We offer Resin material custom dice at 5000 units minimum.
We reserve the right to turn down any job that we believe could infringe on the rights of another individual or company. All custom orders requires a signed agreement stating that you do own the rights or permission to the rights and hold Foxbone Dice Factory unaccountable for any IP violations.
If any of your purchase arrives damaged or defective just let us know within 30 days of receipt so we can arrange to replace or refund it. Please contact us before shipping any items back.
Yes, we have a 30-day return policy for any reason, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.Shipping costs for returns are payable by the customers if there was nothing wrong with the order.

Returns & Exchanges
We stand by our product and offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.
If you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for returns,
Products must be undamaged.
Products must be not used.

We will verify the information with you as soon as possible and refund the goods within 48 hours of receiving the information.
We will process your return within 2 business days of receiving the return back to our return address. This does not include the day the return was received, national holidays or weekends. We will process all refunds to the original payment method.
If you find that you are missing an item from your Foxbone Dice Factory order, don’t worry!
Simply send an email to Service@dicefactorys.com with a picture of your packing receipt, your order number, and the name of the missing item.
Our customer service team will work quickly to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive your missing item as soon as possible.
No. Our international shipping fee only covers the cost of shipping the item to you via USPS and the required documents to get it from the United States. Unfortunately due to a variety of tax laws, VAT fees and customs we are not able to prepay or cover any costs associated with importing the items into your country.
Custom Orders
I would like to order a single die not offered in singles, can I do this?
Yes! We would be happy to get the dice you want with the design that fits your style out to you. Email us at sales@dicefactorys.com and we can help you from there. Please keep in mind that we put together our orders by the first of every month, from there it can take up to 45-60 days.
If you are interested in custom products, we offer a variety of options with different minimum order quantities and wait periods:
– For Acrylic and Resin, the minimum order quantity is 10000.
– For Alloys, we require a minimum order amount of 1000, with an additional mold fee.
– For Aluminum, we offer a minimum of 1-2 sets or 3-4 singles.
If you are interested in changing the font or adding a logo or picture to your dice, there will be an additional charge of $95 or $120, respectively. Please note that we cannot include copyrighted images on our dice without the proper permit.
– For custom poker chips, we will need to know the size and design you want, and we require a minimum order of 10000 per design with a molding fee per coin design.

Shipping Information
For international shipments we use DHL as our carrier of choice. This ensures that shipments are delivered as quickly and reliably as possible. In addition, international shipments are streamlined by duties and taxes being calculated, collected, and delivered to your local customs without you needing to intervene. This means your dice should arrive at your doorstep without you needing to get involved with the import process at all.
We also understand that international shipping, duties, and taxes are expensive, so we automatically discount DHL Express shipment fees by 15%, and DHL eCommerce shipments by 25%
USA
For domestic shipments we ship with USPS First Class, or Priority Mail.
International
Orders destined for customers outside of the USA are shipped through GlobalPost, USPS, or UPS. For our international friends, we offer discounted shipping rates, where we cover some of the shipping fee. See below for more information on that.
For customers inside the USA, most orders ship within 2 business days of receiving your order, and arrive within 5 to 7 business days.
Orders shipped to Canada typically take 10-21 days to reach you with our discounted shipping method. Orders shipped to Australia, New Zealand, UK and Europe may take 10-21 days as well. This can vary slightly by country, but if you are concerned about a shipment, please email us so we can help!
We can ship to most places in the world, including Canada, the UK, Europe, and Australia.
To know if we can ship to your country, add anything to the shopping cart and start the checkout process. You can see exactly how much the current cart would cost to ship there. If we don’t currently ship to your country it may mean that we have either never had to ship there, or we ran into issues with orders in the past.
